JPA has completed a patio, walkway, fence, updated cellar stairs, window replacement and a storm door installation. Joey and crew did a great job and we especially love our patio and walkway. They were efficient, communicated with us as job was progressing, reasonably priced and cleaned up all areas. We would definitely hire JPA Contracting for future work.

I can’t recommend Joe and JPA Contracting highly enough. Over the past couple years, Joe replaced shingles on our older home in advance of an exterior paint job, as well as replaced our back door and other light interior carpentry. We had such a great experience with JPA on these smaller jobs that they are currently renovating most of our home over the next couple months. The work includes adding a dormer, full demo and rebuilding of two bedrooms and two closets, installing a new half bath, and a full bathroom renovation. Joe is highly-skilled, the best communicator in the business, an absolutely consistent hard worker, and his work and his subcontractors’ work has been top notch. We feel great about the progress only 3 weeks into the job and can’t wait to see the final product! 🙌🏻💪🏻

These guys are great they did a poured concrete walkway,patio extension and trek step that we wanted we had 3 other quotes and we knew they were the right fit for the job they were spot on with everything we wanted throwing ideas around answering questions we had they even came on a Sunday and we had the quote a few ours later and it was very professional and detailed with what we wanted done I would definitely hire them again for a future project Thanks again Joe

Old house = old bathroom. JPA did an amazing job with our remodel! They showed up every day, cleaned up after themselves and were in and out under three weeks. With only one shower in our house, timing was important to us. Highly recommend and would totally have them back in the future!

10/10 recommend JPA Contracting - I recently hired them to convert a half bath into half bath/laundry room. This required pushing a wall out a few feet, plumbing and electrical work. From start to finish, Joey, Dave and Chris were professional, friendly, and punctual. They maintained excellent communication and clearly take pride in their work. I love the end result. I will be using their services again in the future!

I have used JPA Contracting for a number of projects over recent years and they have been excellent! Some of the projects have included: - completing a bathroom project I had been putting off for years. The scope of the project included removing an old tub and surround that has never drained properly and replace with a walk-in shower and glass door. - 2 new exterior doors - repairing framing and supports on my newer Trex deck that another contractor had not done properly - repairing front storm door - replacing and expanding the opening of closet doors Joe, Chris and crew have done a fantastic job and were great to work with throughout the process. Not only did the quality of their work exceed my expectations, but they continually kept me apprised of the status of the work, conducted themselves in a highly efficient manner and continuously left the workspace clean and tidy. I appreciated their professionalism and expertise throughout the process and have already begun to plan additional work with them. Thank you so much again!

Almost three years ago I had a terrible experience with some home improvement contractors. They had worked on our half bath and just after they took their second installment, they pretty much ghosted us. It began with them saying they all had covid. Then they said they were working another job. There were myriad issues with their workmanship, messiness, incompetence, etc. We eventually took them to court and filed complaints and almost nothing worked out for us and our money was gone. Well, just a short time ago, we finally proceeded with the renovation of our full bath. We interviewed several local contractors, all of whom wanted devastatingly high prices. One even quoted $40k! And they were all booked out months in advance. We nearly gave up. But then we found our guys. JPA Contracting had done some painting work for us awhile back but we had very little to go on with regards to a big remodeling job. They have a tiny online footprint. But we really liked their concept of pay-as-you-go and a promise they wouldn't work on any other jobs concurrently. We gave them a small deposit for building materials and then after that we'd pay week by week for only the labor hours they completed. This payment method was unlike any of the other companies in that way and ideal for us since we'd been so burned by the money aspect on the previous bathroom job. They began work every day at 730am and toiled long hours as fast as they could since they knew we were using a makeshift shower in the basement. And now I am thrilled to report that after just TWO WEEKS, they completed the whole darn thing and did the most incredible job. Joey Ambrifi is your man. I couldn't have asked for a more responsive and hard-working individual to run the show. I always felt I could ask questions or make requests. He was endlessly patient. They all went above and beyond while being respectful of privacy and mindful of keeping the dust etc at a minimum. They even vacuumed at the end of each day. I honestly could not be more emphatic about their skills and attention to detail. If you are considering a remodel, give them a call. Shoot them a text. Save this post for later.
