Kitchen Renovation

Joey and his team were professional, timely, extremely communicative and friendly. They did exceptional work on two projects at our home - bathroom reno and a basement wall replacement - both of which were done with attention to detail and at a high level. Joey was super easy to work with and is great at his job. They also cleaned up better than any other team we have had working at our house so A+!! Wr highly recommend and will absolutely use Joey in the future

Hired JPA to redo our side deck. Joe and crew got work right away and stayed on time and on budget. As a contractor myself I'm very picky on who does work for my home and Joe and his team treated my home and project with care and respect. Since they finished the deck we've practically lived on it highly recommend!!

We hired JPA to install a backsplash in my kitchen. Joe and his team did an amazing job and we love it! Joe was very quick to respond when he came for an estimate. He kept me updated frequently throughout the process. He and his team are very personable and professional all the way. Bill was very accommodating as I have 3 dogs to feed etc and he never made me feel like I was in their way.Juliano was helping the last day of installation and he was great too. A fellow dog lover! We definitely will hire JPA again for any projects we will have in the future! Thanks again Joe, Bill, and Juliano. Happy customers!

My partner and I hired JPA Contracting to add a dormer to one side of our house, gut and remodel two bedrooms and a full bathroom, and add a second half bathroom. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and had an excellent experience working with Joe, his crew, and his subcontractors. He navigated the permitting process proactively and connected us with a local architect for the required plans who was also great to work with. Our house is over 140 years old and Joe communicated quickly and clearly about any issues or surprises that came up as the walls and roof came down. Issues are always going to come up in this extensive of a renovation on an old house, and he never hid the ball on what it would take to fix a problem. He was always available to us when we had questions and consistently reached out for our input even on smaller choices like where to hang fixtures. He was extremely flexible when we wanted to add something within reason to the project. Joe and his team truly care about quality craftsmanship and it shows, and Joe as a business owner sets himself apart from others with his consistent availability and communication. JPA finished our project on time (a little early, actually!) even through a tough winter with extra components added to the project along the way. We are already making a list of future projects for Joe (and some of his subcontractors!). Thank you JPA for your excellent work and for taking such good care of our home!

I cannot recommend Joe and his team highly enough! They did a complete gut remodel of our basement turning it from a dark and dingy room to an open and airy space that has really increased the living square footage of our home. Joe was a pleasure to work with: communicative, professional and patient! He completed the work on time, on budget, and to an excellent quality! I would use them again without hesitation!

Joe and his team redid our exterior deck and a small bathroom closet. They were fast, professional, and did a great job!

I can’t recommend Joe and JPA Contracting highly enough. Over the past couple years, Joe replaced shingles on our older home in advance of an exterior paint job, as well as replaced our back door and other light interior carpentry. We had such a great experience with JPA on these smaller jobs that they are currently renovating most of our home over the next couple months. The work includes adding a dormer, full demo and rebuilding of two bedrooms and two closets, installing a new half bath, and a full bathroom renovation. Joe is highly-skilled, the best communicator in the business, an absolutely consistent hard worker, and his work and his subcontractors’ work has been top notch. We feel great about the progress only 3 weeks into the job and can’t wait to see the final product! 🙌🏻💪🏻

Another great job by JPA and the crew! Loved our front entry porch they did in the spring, had them build a new rear deck. Can't wait to enjoy our new space! Thanks guys!

We had a full gut and remodel of bathroom done. Joe was great to work with, his crew was amazing. I can't be more happy with the results. I love my bathroom and I will recommend highly to friends and family. Thank you for everything.

I have used JPA Contracting for a number of projects over recent years and they have been excellent! Some of the projects have included: - completing a bathroom project I had been putting off for years. The scope of the project included removing an old tub and surround that has never drained properly and replace with a walk-in shower and glass door. - 2 new exterior doors - repairing framing and supports on my newer Trex deck that another contractor had not done properly - repairing front storm door - replacing and expanding the opening of closet doors Joe, Chris and crew have done a fantastic job and were great to work with throughout the process. Not only did the quality of their work exceed my expectations, but they continually kept me apprised of the status of the work, conducted themselves in a highly efficient manner and continuously left the workspace clean and tidy. I appreciated their professionalism and expertise throughout the process and have already begun to plan additional work with them. Thank you so much again!

Joe and his crew did a full bathroom renovation at my house. From first meeting through to the end of the project, Joe was great to work with. He was always in communication and kept me informed about everything. He and his team did a fantastic job, with the entire project. I would highly recommend Joe to do any work at your home.

JPA has completed a patio, walkway, fence, updated cellar stairs, window replacement and a storm door installation. Joey and crew did a great job and we especially love our patio and walkway. They were efficient, communicated with us as job was progressing, reasonably priced and cleaned up all areas. We would definitely hire JPA Contracting for future work.

JPA did an incredible job. Complete remodel. Both time and budget were spot on. They were fast and priced fair. Highly detailed and professional. 3 years later and not a single issue with any of the great work they did. If you want peace of mind and fantastic results use these guys for your next home project. Joe and team recently completed a bathroom renovation in our home and I love every single thing they did! So easy to get in touch and book with, so good to our very nosy dogs while they were here, and so helpful with design opinions and ideas! I highly recommend them and will absolutely be calling them when it is time to do the next project on our house!
